Prostate therapy requirements
If you’ve booked Prostate Massage Therapy, additional preparation is essential:
Before your session
- Empty your bladder completely
- Empty your bowels
- Internal cleaning with a bidet (water hose) is required for hygiene
- Take a pre-session shower
Space setup
- Have a clean bed or mattress ready
- Have an extra clean towel available
- Ensure the space is quiet and private
These preparation steps are crucial for your comfort, safety, and the effectiveness of the therapy.
What happens during
When I arrive, I’ll discuss your needs briefly, then you’ll get comfortable in your chosen position. I’ll use proper towel draping throughout only the area being massaged is exposed.
Your session typically lasts 60-90 minutes depending on your service. I use a hybrid approach blending traditional and Swedish massage techniques customized to your needs.
Communication
Speak up anytime during the session if you need pressure adjusted or anything doesn’t feel right. Your comfort is always the priority. There’s no such thing as too much communication.
Payment: Made at the end of the session via cash or PayNow. No advance payment needed.
After your session
First 30 minutes to 1 hour
Do not shower for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour after your session. This allows the massage oils to penetrate deeply and provide maximum therapeutic benefit.
- Rest and relax
- Drink plenty of water
- Stay in comfortable, loose clothing
- Allow your body to integrate the treatment
When you shower
After the waiting period, you may shower. Shower your feet first with cool or warm water (not hot), then gradually work your way up your body. Use gentle soap only where needed. Pat your skin dry gently rather than rubbing.
The next 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours
- Continue drinking water
- Get 7-8+ hours of sleep that night
- Eat light, whole foods
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours
- Light stretching after 24 hours helps integration
What to expect
You may experience mild muscle soreness similar to post-workout, especially after deeper work. This typically subsides within 24-48 hours and indicates your body is responding positively. Most benefits stabilize within 24-48 hours: reduced pain, improved flexibility, better sleep, and improved mood.
Under normal massage conditions, nothing serious or pain should occur. If you experience any unusual pain or injuries after your session, visit a doctor if needed. Generally, mild soreness resolves within 24-48 hours without medical attention.
For best results
I recommend one session per month, or up to two sessions per month spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Benefits compound with consistency.
Common questions
Do I need to undress completely?
For full body massage: You’ll be draped with towels. You can wear underwear, a kain pelikat, or use a towel—whatever makes you comfortable.
For specialized therapies (Manhood or Prostate): Wearing a kain pelikat or being nude is recommended for the best experience, with towels maintained for modesty.
Will it hurt?
No. Massage should never be painful. You might feel mild discomfort in tight areas, but this is within your control. Always speak up if something hurts.
How long until I feel better?
Many feel immediate relief. Deeper benefits develop after 3-5 regular sessions.
What oil is used?
By default, I use Olive oil-based massage oil (gentle, mild scent). Lemongrass oil is available upon request (stronger scent). Please request your preference during booking.
What if I don’t have space at home?
I can arrange a hotel room for $50 on top of service cost (includes transport). Or book your own location and I’ll come to you.
Is it normal to feel sleepy after?
Very normal! Massage triggers deep relaxation. Allow yourself to rest.
Is discomfort normal during prostate therapy?
Some discomfort is normal initially, especially in the first session. Discomfort typically lessens in subsequent sessions. Always communicate if discomfort exceeds your threshold. I’ll adjust to keep you comfortable.
